Position Overview
The Regional Workforce Manager will provide leadership to their assigned area and the organization to align field team member resources to an evolving business environment. This role will have oversight and direct involvement with team member hiring, training and scheduling oversight. Regional leadership skills, strategic demand planning and analytics skills will allow this role to provide support and partnership to all levels of management in order to achieve stated goals and KPIs.
Reporting to The Divisional Manager, Workforce Excellence, primary responsibility of this role will be to support an effective labor management culture at Encore to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities
Regional Event Demand Planning
• Work directly with regional sales teams to understand future event demand in market
• Work directly with RDPMs, Project Managers and Venue Teams to ensure that labor planning is taking place for all appropriate events
• Evaluate the needs of the region and identifying high volume periods as well as working on solutions to satisfy the demand
• Approval Manager for locations that need to request outside labor resources and use of overtime
Reporting and Data Analysis
• Create regional reports and make recommendations regarding actions that should be taken including staffing level changes, training, and other actions to improve labor performance
• Be a subject matter expert for all workforce related reporting, including Ecliptic based reporting
Workforce Related Systems and Process
• Direct the region to use all scheduling systems, tools, and process effectively
• Be a subject matter expert for Navigator Workforce
• Understand and implement the LEAP scheduling process
Technician Hiring and Development
• Be part of the interview and hiring process for all potential new technician candidates
• Work directly with recruiting regarding the types, skills and key attributes we should be searching for
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new technician hires
• Ensure that all new technician hires obtain their level 3 certification in the appropriate timeframe
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Labor Management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
• Strong analytical ability
• Regional Management Role/Multi Location Management Role
• Excel/Data Analysis Skills
• Event Execution Experience
•Labor Management Experience

Work Environment
Office
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.
