What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent service within our call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
- Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes
- Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
- Assist with general account changes as directed by customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, with occasional Saturdays
- Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies, processes, and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in financial services or call center environments
- A passion for providing quality customer service
- Desire to engage with customers over the phone
- Ability to adapt communication style while servicing a diverse customer base
