What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise VCOC staff and operations to ensure efficient patient flow and management of bed capacity
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and integrate metrics related to capacity management
- Lead team collaboration to enhance patient care services
- Monitor key outcomes and trends in the Virtual Care Operation Center
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- RN license required, with a PA RN license or a multi-state license through the Nursing Licensure Compact
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Provider BLS certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a virtual care or telehealth environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare metrics and capacity management strategies
