What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming calls from patients, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate clinical responses
- Conduct telephonic clinical assessments and health education across all age groups
- Make critical independent decisions related to clinical information received from patients during triage

- Document all pertinent information for calls accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current New York State RN Licensure
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Experience working with patients with chronic medical conditions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
