- Foster positive, trusting relationships with students through supportive interactions.
- Serve as a mentor and guide for students’ therapeutic progress, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with students, parents, coworkers, and stakeholders.
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Treatment Team, aligning with each student's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate clinical strategies into daily activities.
- Conduct regular safety checks across campus, ensuring secure and hazard-free environments.
- Lock doors, turn off lights, and check all vehicles for security.
- Monitor construction sites, support areas, and sensory centers for safety compliance.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment that supports students' well-being.
- Uphold cleanliness standards and follow the Three Circles of Wellness.
- Conduct home inspections to promptly address potential hazards.
- Employ mediation and intervention strategies to manage and de-escalate student stress.
- Stay informed about trauma-informed care and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive reports on student behavior patterns to the Treatment Team.
- Ensure seamless transition and communication between night and day shifts.
- Safely transport students as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Accurately administer medications, following strict protocols and maintaining detailed records.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
- Support team operations by providing breaks for fellow night support staff.
- Must be at least 20 years of age or older.
- Capable of performing physical interventions and maintaining student safety.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
- Fluent in English for effective communication.
- Successful completion of background screening required.
- At least 3 months of experience in residential treatment.
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred (must obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification preferred (must obtain within 60 days of hire).

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Regulation Member to join our Residential Care team. The ideal candidate will build meaningful relationships with students, contribute to their therapeutic journey, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment. You will collaborate with clinical staff and educational professionals, actively participate in staff meetings, and embody the values of our community.
