      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct specialized investigations involving identity theft, fraud, money laundering, and collusion primarily focused on iGaming
      - Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding investigative data collection and storage
      - Stay informed about emerging trends in illegal gambling and coordinate with outside agencies
      - Function as a subject matter expert in internet gaming investigations and develop training programs to enhance investigative integrity
      - Provide expert analysis and advice related to the Lawful Internet Gaming Act (LIGA) and other relevant regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of four years of professional experience in regulation, including at least two years equivalent to a Regulation Agent P11 or Regulation Officer P11
      - One year of experience equivalent to a Regulation Agent 12 or Regulation Officer 12
      - Ability to adhere to high ethical standards and report any potential conflicts of interest
      - Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience conducting identity theft and fraud investigations
      - Familiarity with online fraud investigations and network forensic analysis
      - Proficiency in writing investigative reports
      - Experience testifying in criminal or administrative matters
      - Knowledge of using social media in an investigative capacity
