      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct specialized investigations related to identity theft, fraud, money laundering, and collusion in iGaming
      - Develop policies and procedures for investigative data collection and storage
      - Coordinate with outside agencies and provide expert assistance in investigations
      - Stay informed on emerging trends in illegal gambling and provide insights to the Board
      - Conduct complex investigations related to violations of the Lawful Internet Gaming Act and other related regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any major
      - Four years of professional experience in regulation, including two years equivalent to a Regulation Agent P11 or Regulation Officer P11, or one year equivalent to a Regulation Agent 12 or Regulation Officer 12
      - High ethical standards and loyalty to the state government
      - Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
      - Strong investigative skills and experience with identity theft and fraud investigations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in online fraud investigations and cyber investigations
      - Familiarity with writing investigative reports that lead to successful outcomes
      - Experience testifying in criminal or administrative matters
      - Knowledge of computer network foundations for law enforcement
      - Proficiency in using social media for investigative purposes
