      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site audits and reviews of consolidated records related to regulatory compliance
      - Oversee the processing, tracking, and filing of federally mandated submissions
      - Assist in drafting and presenting compliance programs to investigators and research staff
      - Review submissions for content and maintain accurate databases
      - Prepare and coordinate regulatory document submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or clinical research
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
      - Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of IRB policies and procedures and federal regulations for clinical trials
      - Experience with clinical trial documentation and regulatory compliance processes
      - Familiarity with electronic systems for managing research records (e.g., Velos, Complion)
