What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document system requirements based on input from key business partners, superusers, and technical leads
- Collaborate with functional area stakeholders to assess and prioritize system enhancements and business needs
- Provide oversight and support during requirements definition, systems and process design, data migration, and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to user communication and education regarding business tools and their functional impact
- Develop training content, business guidelines, and reference material
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault RIM suite or similar software systems
- Proficiency in eCTD publishing solutions
- Experience in collecting and documenting user requirements and translating them to system enhancement requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system training and documentation
- Familiarity with using generative AI and agentic AI tools to enhance workflows and processes
