What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound compliance queries, routing matters to appropriate team members
- Support and coordinate recurring compliance tasks to mitigate regulatory risks
- Assist in risk assessments, hotline investigations, and compliance audits
- Maintain corporate records and manage the internal website for the Legal team
- Monitor and track changes in telehealth regulations and maintain state-by-state regulatory matrices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Interest and/or experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, legal, privacy, or regulatory topics
- Familiarity with HIPAA concepts or healthcare privacy principles
- Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role
