What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Support lifecycle management for prescribing information and packaging artwork in accordance with company SOPs
- Maintain awareness of FDA, DEA, and state labeling regulations, and communicate changes to relevant departments
- Manage labeling artwork pieces in line with existing change management processes
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of product labels with regulatory bodies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years of related industry experience in a regulatory or law enforcement environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and various project management software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or Certified Veterinary Technician
- Experience with designer software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Quality Management Systems
- Strong research and critical thinking skills
