      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quarterly analyses to estimate projected cost savings for Arizona businesses due to amended or eliminated rules
      - Review and summarize economic impact statements of proposed regulations for the Governor's Regulatory Review Council
      - Assist in ongoing research to quantify the restrictiveness of the Arizona Administrative Code
      - Maintain and update a comprehensive inventory of new and eliminated rules, including classification of statutory authority
      - Support the Regulatory Economist with ad-hoc economic analysis, data collection, and policy research

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or a closely related quantitative/analytical field
      - Knowledge of applied economics, regulatory frameworks, and cost-benefit analysis
      - Skills in quantitative analysis, research interpretation, technical writing, and data management
      - Ability to work independently, exhibit attention to detail, and manage projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of university-level coursework in Econometrics, cost-benefit analysis, or Finance
