What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and assess patient insurance information from various payers in accordance with established protocols
- Deliver outstanding support to internal team members, promptly addressing inquiries and issues
- Maintain regular communication with assigned payers to facilitate timely investigations
- Identify and report any reimbursement trends or delays to management
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare insurance, or a similar industry
- Experience working in a multi-hub environment or as part of an Annual Reverfication Project
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid and co-pay assistance programs
- Proven ability to work from home and excel in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with call center inbound and outbound operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
