Job Description

- To prepare Market and client submissions and analysis
- To assist in benchmark analysis preparation and engage with both analytics and brokers
- To assist senior brokers in the Market and client discussions
- Providing a pro-active approach to ensure efficient handling of our client’s needs
- Liaising with Premium advocates to ensure all premiums are paid on time and organising chasing where appropriate
- Preparation of Statistics
- Providing advice to clients and colleagues on the scope of coverage and assist them with the interpretation of clauses
- Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company
- Willingness to work hard
- Be creative in looking for solutions for clients
- Work well within a team
- Be willing to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Power point and XL knowledge
