What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process medical release of information (ROI) requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize Verisma software applications to manage requests accurately
- Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues
- Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process
- Provide exemplary customer service in person, on the phone, and via email

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of medical record experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience completing clerical or office work
- Experience using general office equipment, including desktop computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RHIT certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to the release of Protected Health Information
