- Maintain knowledge of state laws, fee structures, and hospital policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
- Knowledge of Release of Information standards and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to read and comprehend healthcare terminology
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Experience in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
- Clerical or administrative support background
- Experience working in a call center
- Experience in Release of Information
