What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage remediation projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to develop and implement remediation strategies
- Oversee site assessments, data collection, and reporting to support remediation plans and progress tracking
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and cost-effective project delivery
- Ensure proper documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, project management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience managing environmental remediation or similar technical projects
- Proven knowledge of environmental regulations, remediation technologies, and compliance standards
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation
