      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve new and aged accounts receivables, including various account types and denied claims
      - Communicate professionally with payer resources through multiple channels
      - Analyze patient accounting information and document all activities according to policies
      - Prepare appeal letters for technical denials and track resolution progress
      - Identify denial trends and provide insights to assist team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a physician office setting
      - General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT-4, and ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
      - Familiarity with multiple payer requirements and regulations for claims processing
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Ability to maintain quality and productivity results as per departmental standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with third-party billing requirements, including federal and commercial payers
      - Proficiency in interpreting payer contracts and identifying reimbursement variances
      - Strong analytical skills with critical thinking capabilities for account resolution
