      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide experienced accounting support to the Controller and leadership team
      - Validate and confirm the accuracy of financial data
      - Complete all receivables tasks promptly and accurately
      - Maintain compliance with GAAP accounting standards
      - Adhere to all employer policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent amount of accounting coursework
      - Minimum of 3 years in accounting roles, including accounts receivable experience
      - Minimum of 3 years' working competency with accounting software
      - Minimum of 1 year working competency with QuickBooks Online version
      - Minimum of 1 year experience with privately held companies with 50+ employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of fair debt collection procedures
      - Familiarity with the MSP/MSSP industry (IT or cybersecurity firms)
      - Exceptional attention to detail and pride in accuracy
      - Resourceful and self-motivated; enjoys learning new things
      - Team-oriented with a solutions-based customer service focus
