What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Query, design, and analyze transactional line of business data involving anti-money laundering scenarios
- Quant analytics to ensure proper assessment of model metrics
- Address open AML TM findings from Model Validation, Audit, and other bodies
- Strengthen model governance and Ongoing Performance Monitoring
- Assist in automating model performance assessments and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Moderate years of experience in Financial Crime space
- Proficiency in financial crime compliance and AML policies
- Strong knowledge of building complex queries and Python-based analytics
- Direct or indirect experience in Big Data and/or Data Science

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the remediation of Model Validation findings
- Knowledge of financial crime compliance across multiple product lines
