What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take incoming chats, calls, and text messages from customers inquiring about automotive accessories
- Use product knowledge and sales ability to sell automotive accessories
- Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and handle service-related issues
- Make outbound calls and text messages to follow up on sales leads and close sales
- Provide prompt and efficient service to all customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles
- Excellent product knowledge and sales ability
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and internet skills
- Reliable PC and internet connection
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Successful completion of sales new hire training program
- Reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, IN, NV, or UT
- Bilingual skills a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a related field
