What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan CRM is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
