What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to automotive dealerships
- Research requests related to profile assistance and track vehicle shipments and orders
- Assist with car warranties and escalate critical orders as needed
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while handling customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in call centers, retail, or similar settings
- Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday
