What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service over the phone to automotive dealerships
- Research and assist with profile requests, vehicle shipments, and orders
- Manage inquiries related to car warranties and escalate critical orders as needed
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels including calls, chats, and emails
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while addressing customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
- Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
