      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage comprehensive master project plan in collaboration with Avaya and customer
      - Translate customer requirements into formal transition plans and operational processes
      - Interface with customer executives to develop and execute an overall program transition and operational model
      - Lead a team of internal and partner resources to produce the delivered solution
      - Manage third-party vendors as necessary to deliver an end-to-end solution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
      - Previous experience in architecting and leading transitions and operations of voice over IP communications platforms based on Avaya technology
      - 6-9 years of intensive and progressive experience in project management
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Ability to lead and manage a team of transition project managers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced training on Avaya IP Telephony
      - PMP Certification
