      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of the patients served
      - Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
      - Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations
      - Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Organize training to certify staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience in behavioral intervention or strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Must have reliable transportation
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific certifications or degrees as required (e.g., BCBA, Licensed Psychologist, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and coursework related to behavioral interventions
      - Familiarity with creating training materials for program improvement
      - Previous experience in a clinical or community-based mental health setting
      - Proven track record of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
