      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians regarding an individual's progress
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure the Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively and properly
      - Organize training to certify staff and team members in the implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology
      - Reliable transportation to conduct home and community visits
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific licensure or educational requirements based on location (e.g., BCBA, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or a relevant master's degree)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
      - Experience providing positive behavioral supports, including writing BSPs and conducting functional assessments
      - Familiarity with training and implementation of behavior intervention techniques
      - Additional certifications or licenses relevant to the field of behavioral health
      - Experience working in interdisciplinary team settings
