      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to address the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
      - Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis
      - Ensure effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Organize training for staff on Behavior Intervention Plan implementation and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience with behavioral intervention or a strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Reliable transportation required
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific qualifications as outlined for Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, California, Virginia, and Texas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing positive behavioral supports, including writing Behavior Support Plans and conducting functional assessments
      - Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis documented on resume or transcript
