      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and others regarding an individual's progress
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Organize training for staff to ensure competent implementation of behavioral intervention strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Must have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming
      - Reliable transportation is required
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with behavioral intervention and a strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology
      - Relevant coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis reflected on resume or transcript
      - State-specific licensing or certification as required for the position
