      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations
      - Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Maintain strong clinical records and act as a liaison with the public and mental health community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
      - Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks
      - State-specific licensure or educational requirements as outlined for various states

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Experience providing positive behavioral supports and developing behavior support plans
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
