      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress updates between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors
      - Ensure effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan
      - Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress notes and maintain strong clinical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming
      - Reliable transportation for home and community-based visits
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending

      - Strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology
      - Experience in creating training materials for behavioral interventions
      - Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis reflected on resume or transcript
