      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians about an individual's progress
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention plans
      - Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and maintain strong clinical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience with behavioral intervention or a strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Must possess reliable transportation
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific requirements for licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
      - Experience in writing Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) and conducting functional assessments
      - Master’s degree in a human-related field such as psychology, counseling, or social work
