What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct ongoing assessments to address the needs of patients served
- Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
- Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations
- Coordinate community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, and data analysis
- Ensure effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending

- Strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
- Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
