      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, and family members
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations
      - Ensure effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and maintain strong clinical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Reliable transportation required
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - Experience with behavioral intervention or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a human-related field (e.g., psychology, counseling)
      - Experience in creating and implementing training materials for staff
      - Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis reflected on resume or transcript
      - Familiarity with diverse treatment settings such as residential homes and schools
