- Saturday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM CT
- Provide members with listings of contracted Primary Care Physicians and/or Specialists
- Confirm eligibility and benefits coverage for members
- Update member records, including Primary Care Physician assignments
- Clearly communicate and escalate inquiries that fall outside your access or responsibilities
- Redirect callers to the appropriate support queues when necessary
- Accurately document and track all member interactions
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience in commercial and government insurance
- Experience quoting benefits and estimating insurance cost
- 1-3 years of experience working for a previous insurance company a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple systems and calls in a fast-paced environment
- Typing assessment (to be completed separately via emailed instructions)
