      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to identify target behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans
      - Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs based on ABA principles
      - Train and supervise direct care staff to ensure successful implementation of behavior intervention plans
      - Ensure accurate and timely data collection for treatment outcomes and make data-driven decisions
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families regarding treatment progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
      - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - Completion of BCBA supervision training
      - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NJ

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
      - Strong communication skills with families and caregivers
      - Familiarity with various behavioral intervention strategies
      - Experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
