What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound phone calls from members, handling 40 or more calls daily
- Translate written materials and provide spoken interpretation during meetings
- Assist with other duties as assigned within the call center
- Participate in a 5-week in-person paid training program
- Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of direct customer service experience (e.g., in restaurants, call centers, or retail)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history with minimal employment gaps
- Critical thinking aptitude
- Computer and technical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment or human services referral
- Bilingual language skills with fluency in Korean, Russian, Cantonese, or Mandarin
- Background in social justice organizations
