What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer issues by listening to their needs and providing effective solutions
- Utilize technology and systems for account management and documentation
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and operational changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with data entry and computer usage
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
