What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively
- Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems
- Utilize technology and knowledge base to assist customers efficiently
- Escalate customer issues to the managerial team when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with data entry using a computer
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles in a contact center environment
