What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Listen to and understand customer needs while resolving issues effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and process customer claims in systems
- Comply with scripts, policies, and procedures while ensuring confidentiality
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with data entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support within a contact center environment
