What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Utilize technology for account management and accurately document customer claims
- Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with confidentiality
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with data entry and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles in a contact center environment
