What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and respond to consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and updates on previously submitted authorizations or determination requests
- Meet established performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Own and manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with the same employer
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must complete a bilingual English-Spanish assessment
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Familiarity with call center technologies and software
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
