      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting inquiries
      - Manage back-to-back phone calls, providing tech support and customer service efficiently
      - Engage with a diverse consumer base to deliver effective solutions for customer needs
      - Participate in training programs to improve soft skills, technical skills, and company-specific knowledge
      - Utilize customer-facing tools to effectively resolve issues and enhance the customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in both Spanish and English
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience or training
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Ability to remain focused and engaged on calls throughout the entirety of your shift
