      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and document customer technical inquiries via phone calls, chat messages, and emails
      - Troubleshoot issues related to the company's insulin pump, software, mobile app, and patient portal
      - Provide accurate and thorough documentation of customer contact calls and emails within the CRM system
      - Act as a customer advocate to represent customer needs internally
      - Comply with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual - English/Spanish required
      - High School diploma
      - 1 year previous experience in Customer Service preferred
      - Experience working in a HIPAA environment highly preferred
      - Ability to type at least 55wpm with a high rate of accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous IT helpdesk experience
      - Familiarity with driver installation process, USB device communication, and computer security settings
      - Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
      - Associates or Bachelor's degree in biology or health-related field encouraged
