- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve customer service issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum six months of prior experience in inbound customer service
- Ability to fluently speak Spanish
- Typing skill level of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with basic help desk software and Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 Mbps is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in languages other than Spanish is a plus
- Dental experience is a plus
