What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive online and telephonic support to students throughout the entire FAFSA application process
- Ensure strict adherence to all FAFSA regulations in every student interaction
- Collaborate with various departments to answer student inquiries and guide them through their academic journey
- Partner with campus teams and Admissions to deliver an exceptional student experience
- Support the organization's goal of timely FAFSA completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Minimum of two years in customer service required
- Strong verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel, along with analytical abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Aid or a related field preferred
- Spanish speaking skills
