      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ensure punctuality and dependability to support client success
      - Maintain a distraction-free workspace while handling customer calls
      - Complete a 4-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting without missing any days

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or college degree
      - Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
      - Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively
      - Must be able to work weekends if necessary based on call volumes
      - Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with call center operations and handling high call volumes
      - Strong typing skills and proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
      - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures
