What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts
- Monitor important tax deadlines and manage sales tax filings via QuickBooks Online
- Support future integration of the employer's 401K plan into QuickBooks Online
- Facilitate the transition of health insurance management into QuickBooks Online
- Provide expertise and guidance on bookkeeping-related projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with sales tax filings
- Familiarity with integrating retirement plans and health insurance within bookkeeping systems
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive and Google Docs
- Previous bookkeeping or relevant financial management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with eCommerce or retail businesses
- Understanding of LGBTQ+ community needs and sensitivities
