What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Project Manager in managing project work and facilitating communication with stakeholders
- Elicit and document business requirements and manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with technical teams to determine effective solution approaches
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback post-solution delivery
- Create mock-ups of new user interfaces as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in IT or equivalent combination of experience/knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Remote work is limited to candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in facilitating user acceptance testing
- Proficiency in creating user interface mock-ups
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
