What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet quota of answered calls and tickets targets
- Conduct outreach on customer prospects for new pool/location openings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous manner
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Accurately enter and update customer information into client software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience in a high-volume call center
- High School education or equivalent
- Successful completion of POS and scheduled training
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of another language is a plus
- Experience in a child-focused job or working with preschool and elementary-aged children
